Esthetica is so good to me! They honored my credit that I had with Ideal Image PLUS this is my 2nd time getting lip filler and Botox from them. Very happy each time! Expert, experienced staff have each time given top notch service and the manager was available for concerns one on one. I will keep driving from Lexington time and time again for their services, that’s how good they are. Im going to look into UlTherapy next!!

My experience at Ideal Image began with a Zoom consultation, then medical review that were both thorough and informative. Appointments were made, upon arrival I was met with a courteous receptionist. They were able to have me back sooner than my scheduled appointment time. Kristen was my aesthetician. Very nice and took time to discuss the best treatment options before proceeding with treatment. Also received a follow up call a few days later from her which was awesome. My overall experience with Ideal Image was excellent and will be returning for treatment. They were recommended to me and I definitely recommend them also!

I had an amazing experience at Ideal Image! I went in for laser bikini hair removal, and Erika was truly above and beyond—professional, knowledgeable, and so kind. She made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything clearly, and was really attentive throughout the appointment. The reception staff was also wonderful: welcoming, helpful, and organized from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

The staff were helpful, and kind. I arrived about 10minutes prior to my service, and there was no wait. It was my first time, and the ladies made me feel very comfortable by providing excellent customer service, and product information. I will be back in January for my next laser hair removal session. I am pretty new to aesthetic treatment. I saw Kristin for my wrinkle release treatments and fillers. She is so amazing! She is so sweet and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She is very clear and upfront about the procedures and what to expect. She has been so helpful with navigating this new journey for me. I've only visited the Bellvue location and the facility is clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming.
